2.5 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on royal888: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of royal888 or its affiliated companies; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform for any reason.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To use the royal888 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Royal888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Royal888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Royal888 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, royal888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any winnings generated.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Royal888 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify royal888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Royal888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 Responsibility for Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. Royal888 is entitled to assume that any person accessing your Account using your credentials is you or is authorized by you.
4.4 Secure Devices. You are advised to access royal888 only from personal, trusted devices and to avoid using public Wi-Fi networks when logging in or conducting financial transactions. Royal888 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Royal888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Royal888 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Royal888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available on request.
6.1 General. Royal888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. 6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. Royal888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the royal888 Platform is governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

7.3 Malfunction. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, royal888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Royal888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. Royal888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the royal888 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by Royal888. Royal888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) royal888 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) royal888 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, royal888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your Account, including both deposited funds and Bonus Funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the breach.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the royal888 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that royal888 has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.1 Right to Amend. Royal888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the royal888 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
